rewrote Tetra manual for new syntax and many other major changes.

the Tetra manual still isn't online since the rewrite is taking longer than I thought it would.

new lexer (new syntax) for Tetra compiler and new core code is available in cvs. Tetra manual is almost finished and will be online soon.

renamed Crush to Tetra (thanks go to 'bwb' for suggesting the new name).

rewrote the about page. updated the design concepts page and gave it a changelog.

The names BRiX and Crush don't go well together so I'm going to rename Crush. Please email me if you have any suggestions for a new name. (Crush is the language designed specifically for BRiX)

finally finished the changes to the Crush compiler.

added a 'Recent Changes' page for Crush with lots of updates.

updated the exceptions page and removed the all-errors exception.

new logo. updated primitive array page for new accessors.
renamed the 'ideas' page to 'concepts' and gave it a new layout. removed thread containers and data descriptions from concepts page. moved metadata and multiple drives sections from ofs page to concepts page under object store.
